Membership Cancellation Policy

If you decide that you’d like to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
If you would like to put your membership on a temporary hold, instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request in writing (via text 916-718-3704 or email at email@example.com).
If you’re sure that you’d like to cancel your membership, you can submit a Membership Cancellation Request in writing (via text 916-718-3704 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org). This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of the written cancellation request.
NOTE: If you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
