Pausing and Cancelling Memberships
Monthly memberships auto-renew at the end of the term.
Memberships can be put on hold by submitting a request via text (916) 718-3704 or by emailing [email protected].
To cancel a membership submit a request via text (916) 718-3704 or by emailing [email protected]. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of the written cancellation request.
If you decide that you’d like to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
NOTE: If you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
